  10. Hi Rocky! So I’ve been watching your vids for the past couple of days since LisaLisaD1 recommended you, and I’ve favorited like four of your vids at this point. πŸ˜€ I LOVE quinoa and I’m always amazed by? how many people haven’t heard of it! I’m always on the lookout for a new inspiration of what to do with this grain, since like you we like to replace any bad carbs/starches with good ones. 12. Hey Rocky,

Thanks for telling me about your quinoa rice pudding video. I agree quinoa is a great substitute for rice. I started using quinoa years ago when I first went to Ecuador. What is so nice about it also is that you can grind it into flour and substitute it for regular flour in a lot of recipes. Great video!

I go? to weight watcher too!

  17. I’m sure you’re right. No one does rice pudding than someone’s granny. Actually some jam on top would be really good! I? think I’m going to try that next time. I have some sugar free jam. Maybe do that and shoot it down with some I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray.

You’ll find it down the same aisle where the rice is.
