  1. Can you post the list of ingredients please? The picture of them is fine but I cannot read the labels. Being new to some of this….I do not understand what some of the ingredients are. ThankYou….This looks delicious. Also, although vegan and loaded with? protein, what is the fat content? Can someone losing weight eat this?

  2. Hi Jason! Love your videos and recipes. Keep up the great work and educating us. I just have one pet peeve though, if you are going to? chew with your mouth open please do not have the camera in your mouth. Thanks.

  3. @snorchez – Homemade vegan cheese sauce (not GF): Earth Balance butter in sauce pan (2T) until melted, add 2T flour and whisk into melted butter; add 2c milk alternative (or veg broth for less creamy, more savory); whisk over heat until think; stir in? 1 pkg of Daiya cheese (I like pepper jack flavor); stir til melted. Voila!

  4. Teese is a good? vegan melty cheese alternative that is available in the UK. Feel free to check it out on veganstore dot co dot uk. (disclaimer I do not work for either Teese or the VeganStore…I’m just helping a fellow human being out here)

  5. @JasonWrobel I recently learned that farmers who produce quinoa in South America are suffering from malnutrition and poverty because they can no longer afford to eat quinoa which used to be a staple for them.(Health conscious consumers in the know? have driven the price up too high.) I’m just curious if this is a concern for you and if so, do you use a fair trade brand of quinoa?

  6. I’ve been digging Raw Walnut Salad with Chile Lime seasoning in wraps and taco salads. Love? cheesy broccoli!

  7. Hey Jason! Loooove your videos, trully you inspire me every day to eat healthier? and be the best I can be :). Any tips for weight loss? I’ve gained 15 pounds over the course of the last summer and I haven’t been able to get them off since!! Urgh please give me some pointers
Thanks a bunch, again you rock my socks!

  8. Yum! I’m way lazier, though, and a fave Winter snack is a banana? w/cinnamon and maybe a hint of cayenne. Dipped in hemp seeds, too! They’re also good on rye flakes that have been soaked in coconut water–no cooking needed.

  9. Yummmmmy!! Definitely going to have to try this? out! My go-to is to usually cook a big spaghetti squash and roast various veggies early in the week then mix and match them for quick lunches during the week. Everything is already prepared so its just a matter of heat and eat! 🙂

  10. Looks good–I’m going to try that tonight. I prefer Follow Your Heart cheese to Daiya though. Another yummy recipe is Noodles (whole wheat, etc.), drain the water, and while it’s hot throw in chopped kale and beans to tenderize? and warm up. Stir and cover for 5 minutes. Mix with sriracha and sesame seeds. yum!
