  1. Hey guys. Here’s a nice addition to your quinoa. Right before you fluff it up and eat, keep the lid on the? pan and let it steam – it fluffs up beautifully without going dry and hard. Then add a few squeezes of lemon, a few shakes of ground ginger and black pepper. Tastes delish!

  2. Quinoa is not a grain, it belogns to a family of Chenopodiaceae. A few food crops also belong to this family: beets, chard, and sugar? beets.
