  1. Thanks Heather I have missed the chat – but you look out for us by posting the vids. Will try this. I love almond milk. Peace & continued success -? u r such a pleasure to watch and your presentation is always so homestyle and free flowing.

  2. Heather, I watch a lot of your videos, because they are very informative. I have two problems, I have anemia and a Thyroid problem; both make me very tired. I’m sure you know? what foods can give me some energy. Please give me some pointers. Thanks!

  3. I like listening to you it’s therapeutic… I don’t even have to pay? attention to what you say. Ha. πŸ™‚ That came out wrong I do listen to what you say but if I am doing something at the same time and not really paying attention it still is good background sound. πŸ™‚

  4. @VeggiesWorkWonders yeah, it’s companies trying to avoid being held accountable if someone has an allergic reaction. Personally, I don’t worry about foods that have that listing, but it’s up to? you πŸ™‚

  5. I have a random question for you heather!? I am a vegan, and I have always avoided the foods that say ‘may contain eggs, milk, cheese etc.’ Jive heard that that’s just the company trying to save their but because of ‘accidental cross contamination’. Often bags of trail mix or nuts will say ‘may contain milk’ even though it’s not in the ingredients. Should I continue to avoid these foods, or not worry about it and eat them anyway? **Please answer! Thanks!**

  6. Yum, this was delicious. The nutmeg gives it a nice kick. I put in blueberries, peaches, and sliced? almonds

  7. Thanks everyone, I had an awesome time hanging with? you all!! Thanks for all the great questions, and I’m looking forward to doing another live post in a couple of weeks πŸ™‚

  8. there is no? supplier/store selling the seeds for growing here in philippines…can you pls send some? is it possible? ty

  9. I like it myself. I must make a video on growing it in the how to grow series. I like it almost as much as millet, but? I agree, rice is just to soggy for me πŸ™‚

  10. is it very buggy or? disease tolerant? I love to cook quinoa – prefer it over rice really…would LOVE to grow it.

  11. I tried growing from seed from a bulk bin at my local grocery store. The? plants are tall but the seed heads are sparse. I’m wondering if the seed was from a hybrid mother plant?

  12. Yes could be. Does your desert get hotter then? 30-40c during the day. Then no. It is a cool climate plant. Like all plants they need water and organic matter. Mulching would be essential. This would allow for moister soils and organic matter would be then eventually brought into the soil too. Hope that helped πŸ˜‰
