Healthy Quinoa Veggie Burger

This is a veggie burger, made with quinoa the super food, chickpeas (garbonzo beans), red pepper, carrots, celery, seasonings, and egg whites. Very delicious, high in protein and low in fat. 300 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 18 grams of protein per burger.
