  1. Hi Michael,

    I need some help. I made these no bake protein bars with the Quinoa. I followed the recipe, 2 cups of water 1 cup of Quinoa, I banana , 2 scoops of protein powder and a 1/2 cup of peanut butter.

    I have tried to make these 2 times and every time they come out soft and gooey. What am I doing? wrong? Do I need to wait for the Quinoa to cool before I mix the other ingredients? Please help.

I made this and? they tasted great but the batter was way to runny I had to keep them in the freezer im using optimum nutrition gold standard whey and have noticed it makes a lot of your recipes very runny, is their something besides whey I can substitute in this recipe because they taste amazing

  9. Finally got time to make this and it’s a hit!! I used? chipolte chilli pepper instead of regular chilli powder & cayenne and used white quinoa that we had in the pantry. I think I might prefer a tad more vinegar in it, but I’ll try that next time. A++
