  1. Hi Michael,

    I need some help. I made these no bake protein bars with the Quinoa. I followed the recipe, 2 cups of water 1 cup of Quinoa, I banana , 2 scoops of protein powder and a 1/2 cup of peanut butter.

    I have tried to make these 2 times and every time they come out soft and gooey. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to wait for the Quinoa to cool before I mix the other? ingredients? Please help.

I made this and they tasted great but the batter was way to runny I had to keep them in the freezer im using optimum nutrition gold standard whey and have noticed it makes a lot of your recipes? very runny, is their something besides whey I can substitute in this recipe because they taste amazing

  3. I was thinking about buy some protein bars or making my on from? your recipes, but I was wondering if they are good to eat if you are trying to lose weight instead of bulking up?
