Question by : How good will the South American quinoa harvest be this year?
Quinoa, the healthiest of all grains, is grown predominantly in 3 countries in South America: Chile, Ecuador and Peru. It is also a hot new side dish at upscale restaurants in the USA.
By “good” I mean quantity of the crop. Said another way, will the quantity of the harvest be a record crop or something less?

good in volume, taste, what do you mean?
I buy it at the grocery store and use it as a side instead of rice occasionally, but its still a little more expensive that rice so its only an occasional indulgence
