  3. I went from a lot of rice to brown rice to my kitchen full of whole grains, that I mix together. Quinoa is a grain “sead” I know nothing about , watched the whole video just because I am intersted in whole grains. The kale is a great green leafy veg. Too cool great stuff!?

  5. Awesome! I love Quinoa, cook it often. I do a breakfast version for my? son with raisins, apples, cranberries and banannas on top.Another savory breakfast quinoa I do is with onions,cilantro, bell pepper or sweet potato.

  6. Phenomenal recipe Thanks. I am going to soak the Quinoa overnight or 24 hours..to try it RAW…I like raw food.I am going to sprout the raw almonds ..I? tried this cooked..it is fabulous and I would like to eat it raw because I think it may be healthier.

  7. If you have a whole foods or a nicer grocery store with a “natural” or “healthy living” section they usually have Quinoa there. It is cheaper if you buy it in the bulk? section. Very yummy stuff and there’s TONS of things to do with it.
