  1. it looks good but I hate capers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. btw those are not cherry tomatoes-cherry tomatoes are? spherical.

  2. I made this dish this evening. It’s the first time my family is going to try quoinoa. I thought it was realy good. It had a twang to it. ? Thanks 🙂

  3. Great recipe. I’m new to quinoa. Nutritionally, except more fiber & a 1 gram more protein per? cup, there isn’t much difference between quinoa & couscous? if you goto: skipthepie-dot-org and searched nutritional info of: (1 cup) Quinoa, cooked vs Couscous, cooked, you’ll see. Any comments about this?

  4. – Good luck! The feedback I’ve received for this dish has been positive, but that you need to be careful with the olives, capers, and feta cheese, as they all have a lot of sodium, and can make the dish really salty… so don’t overdo it? with the salty ingredients. 🙂

  5. This looks fantastic – I like that instead of plain oil you used what the red peppers were stored in and? presentation is lovely- something I’ll try this week – THANKS !
