Quinoa Chip Recipe! Ingredients: 1 cup Quinoa Flour or flakes ground into flour 1/2 warm water 1/4 teaspoon sea salt garlic powder Directions: Mix flour water and sea salt, and let it sit for an hour. After dough has risen, use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to an 1/8th of an inch Brown both sides of the dough in a lightly oiled frying pan Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter Bake chips on 300 for 10 minutes, then broil on low for 5 minutes ENJOY!
