  4. yeah,? quinoa cooks like a grain (although technically it’s a seed) – you could do the same thing with any type of whole grain – brown rice, barley, buckwheat, etc… hope you enjoy πŸ™‚

  5. I’ve never eaten quinoa; don’t even know what it is! But from what I see, guessing its some type of healthy starch alternative? Don’t think its? available where I live. Can you suggest a substitute?
